With over 30 years of experience in business management, she has served as an experienced Managing Director and CEO.

Irene is recognized for her exceptional leadership and expertise in Human Capital Management, Life Insurance, and General Insurance. She has a proven track record of driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and overseeing organizational operations. Her career includes successful directorial roles in prominent institutions, such as the Zambia State Insurance Corporation Limited and the African Insurance Organisation.

Additionally, Irene has demonstrated an ability to navigate international relations and execute high-profile ceremonial events as the first female Induna Ing’unde. She is also skilled in corporate governance, serving as a member on various university councils and boards.
