Agness is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a robust background in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical and Energy Systems, Automation, Control Systems, Instrumentation, Projects, and Operations Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering and Control Systems Engineering, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Agness has demonstrated expertise in hydrological modeling for determining carbon credits revenue and in designing fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle powertrains. She has proven leadership abilities, serving as the Chairperson for the Zambia Women in Engineering section, and has extensive involvement in various professional memberships and directorships.

Her track record includes significant achievements in project management, operations, automation, instrumentation, and maintenance within the mining industry. Agness possesses excellent people management skills, as well as experience in planning, procurement, and contract management. She is recognized for her professional excellence by the Zambia Association of University Women.
